2011 Annual meeting: David Sollars presentation

David Sollars discussed the importance of being a leader in order to build your practice.  The three main phases of care he spoke about are:

1.  Connect:  discovering what your own strengths are in order to connect with others from a genuine place. 

2.  Inspire: Creating a good outcome and a results driven business to gain trust from your patients

3.  Influence:  in order to help others and attract more patients
